- The Sodium Launchpad site, fee vaults, and SOD
Sodium is an independent product. This page sets out who it is not affiliated with, what SOD is not, and how to read the figures on this site.
1Not affiliated with X or Telegram
Sodium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to X Corp., X Money, Telegram, or any of their companies. Naming a handle and sending that handle’s fee share to a deterministic address is the entire extent of the relationship.
2Not affiliated with the launchpads
Sodium is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pump.fun, Pons, Robinhood, or Robinhood Chain. It reads public data those platforms produce and deploys tokens through their public interfaces. Whether a venue keeps paying creator fees to a third-party vault is that venue’s decision.
3Recipients have not endorsed anything
A token can name any X or Telegram account. That account does not need to agree or know in advance. A recipient appearing on this site has not endorsed the token, Sodium, or anything else. Do not read a listing, a leaderboard row, or a fee credit as approval or partnership.
4What SOD is not
SOD (0x5F44932c25Ee940C09Ad0A49693132b25e1Ee242 on Robinhood Chain) is not an investment, a security, a share, or a claim on revenue. It confers no ownership of Sodium, no entitlement to fees, no governance right, and no promise of return. The buyback is 20% of claimed launch fees, spent on the open market and burnt. If no fees are claimed, nothing is bought and nothing is burnt. That is a mechanism, not a projection about price.
5Trademarks
X, Telegram, Pump.fun, Pons, Robinhood, and related marks belong to their owners. Token artwork belongs to whoever created it. These appear only to identify a service or token.
6Figures shown on this site
Market caps, volume, fees earned, claimed totals, and burn figures are historical. They come from on-chain data and third-party feeds, and they may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. They are published for transparency, not as a financial statement.
7Forward-looking statements
Statements about planned venues, chains, or features describe present intentions only. They are not commitments.
8Not advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer to buy or sell anything.
9Risk
Tokens are high risk and most go to zero. Smart contracts, wallets, and RPCs can fail. Sodium does not vet tokens and does not represent that any launch is legitimate, safe, or worth anything.
