- The Sodium Launchpad site, fee vaults, and protocol surfaces
These terms govern Sodium Launchpad. They set out how launches work, how creator fees are split, what Sodium does not do, and what is expected of anyone who launches a token or is named as a recipient.
1The service
Sodium Launchpad lets anyone launch a token on Pump.fun or Pons from an X or Telegram profile. Avatar, name, and ticker are taken from that profile. A fee vault is created first. Venue creator fees are sent to that vault, then split on claim: 20% to the protocol, and the rest between the launcher and the named handle.
Sodium does not issue tokens, run a market, make a market, or give financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. It does not custody your wallet and never asks for a private key or seed phrase. Launching is permissionless.
2The operator
Sodium Launchpad is operated by a private company (the “Operator”, also “Sodium”, “we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and the Operator. The Operator’s legal name and place of organization will be disclosed in connection with any dispute under these Terms, to any arbitrator or court, and where the law requires it.
3Definitions
Sodium means the Operator, this site, and the protocol surfaces at app.sodium.money.
Launcher means the person who deploys a token and the fee vault from their connected wallet.
Recipient means the X or Telegram handle named at launch. That handle’s deterministic Sodium address receives the handle share of claimed fees.
Protocol cut means 20% of each claimed fee pot, reserved to buy and burn SOD on Robinhood Chain.
4Acceptance
You accept these Terms by using this site, connecting a wallet, or launching a token through Sodium. Deploying a fee vault or pointing venue fees at a Sodium vault binds you as that token’s launcher.
5Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You must not be listed on any United States sanctions list, including the OFAC SDN list, and you must not be located in, organized in, or a resident of a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction. By using Sodium you represent that this is true of you.
6If a token names you
A token can name any X or Telegram handle without that handle’s knowledge or consent. Nothing here obliges a recipient to do anything. A share of claimed fees may credit a deterministic address for that handle. Receiving fees does not make you a customer, partner, promoter, or endorser of the token or of Sodium.
If you do not want to be named or paid, ask us to remove your handle as described in clause 13.
7If you launch a token
You are responsible for the token you deploy — name, ticker, artwork, description, and whether launching it is lawful where you are. Using Sodium does not make Sodium the issuer, promoter, or sponsor. You must not say that it does.
You are responsible for the handle you name. Do not name an account to imply endorsement, affiliation, or approval that does not exist, or to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
8Launcher representations
By launching through Sodium you represent that you have the right to create the token and direct its fees; that name, description, and artwork are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights; that you are not a sanctioned person and are not acting for one; that you named the handle in good faith; and that you are complying with Pump.fun or Pons terms, as applicable.
9Fees and the split
Each claim of the venue creator-fee pot splits the same way: 20% protocol cut, and the remainder between the launcher and the named handle at the rates chosen at launch (launcher up to 1%, handle 1% or 2% of the token’s fee pot). The protocol cut is reserved to buy SOD on Robinhood Chain and burn it.
Claims are on-chain transactions you or anyone may submit against the vault. Sodium cannot guarantee that a venue will keep paying fees, that a claim will succeed, or that any address can receive funds.
10Claims and unclaimed fees
Fees sit with the venue escrow or the vault until claimed. Unclaimed amounts remain on-chain. Sodium does not hold those funds off-chain and does not send payouts through X Money or any bank. A claim that fails, reverts, or is rejected by a wallet is not Sodium’s responsibility.
11Prohibited uses
You may not use Sodium to launder money, evade sanctions, commit fraud, manipulate markets, impersonate anyone, or do anything unlawful. You may not name a handle to harass or extort its owner, or to imply that its owner endorses a token or Sodium. You may not infringe intellectual property or publicity rights, or try to circumvent a removal.
12Reserved rights
We may refuse to display a token or handle, hide it from Explore or Analytics, or suspend part of the site where we believe in good faith that the law, sanctions, a court order, or fraud requires it. We are not liable for a refusal or delay made in good faith under this section.
13Removal
Anyone may ask that their handle be removed from Sodium surfaces and not be used on new launches. Send the request from that handle, or with reasonable proof of control, to @SodiumMoney on X. We honor removal from the site within 7 days. On-chain records cannot be deleted.
14Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes. Fees received through a vault may be taxable. Sodium does not provide tax advice and does not currently issue tax documents. Where law requires it, we may collect information or withhold.
15Intellectual property
The Sodium name, marks, and site design belong to Sodium. Token names, tickers, and artwork belong to whoever created them. X, Telegram, Pump.fun, Pons, and Robinhood marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify those services. See Disclosures.
16No warranty
The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. Chains, RPCs, wallets, Pump.fun, and Pons can fail or change without notice. Sodium does not guarantee that any fee will be claimable, that any figure is current, or that the site will be up.
17Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sodium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or token value. Sodium’s total liability relating to a token is limited to the protocol cut actually received for that token in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless the Operator and its people from claims arising out of your token, the handle it names, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
19Disputes
Before starting a proceeding, send a written description of the dispute to @SodiumMoney and allow 30 days to resolve it. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except for small-claims matters and injunctions to protect intellectual property. Class, collective, and representative actions are waived. You may opt out of arbitration by writing to @SodiumMoney within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Any claim must be brought within one year of the date it accrued, to the fullest extent the law allows.
20Changes
These terms may change. The version on this page is the one in force. Continuing to use the site or launch through Sodium after a change means you accept the published version.
21Contact
Sodium is contactable at @SodiumMoney on X. Removal requests under clause 13 go there too, from the handle in question.
